Email: When you sign up to view your tournament photographs online, we store your email address in a secure database on our server. We do not rent, sell, or give out your email address to third parties.

Names and Mailing Addresses: When you sign up to receive your photographs from Golf Time, we store your name and mailing address in a secure database on our server. We do not rent, sell, or give out your name or mailing address to third parties.

Order Form: When a tournament director orders a Golf Time golf tournament photography program from Golf Time, we will store your name, address, email address and tournament information in a secure database on our server.  We do not rent, sell, or give out your name, address, email address or tournament information to third parties.

Contests: We may occasionally offer contests via the golftime.com Web site.  Golf Time or an outside party may administer these contests.  It will be clearly visible who is administering the contest.  If Golf Time administers the contest, we will not rent, sell, or give out any names, mailing addresses or email addresses collected to third parties.  Contests administered by an outside party will have their own privacy policy, and will provide a clearly visible link to their own privacy policy.

Third Party Links: In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Golf Time, we have no control over these linked sites which have separate and independent privacy and data collection practices. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content, including the privacy practices, of these linked sites. These linked sites are provided only for your convenience and you therefore access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
